  9. Milestone Log
Reports, calculations, and Works
  1. Resource calculations
  2. Preparation of resource loaded programs in line with BOQ and client? requirements.
  3. Weekly and Monthly updates of planning programs
  4. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports (Progress & manpower related) ? Internal & for Clients upon requirement
  5. Preparation of Recovery programs
  6. Preparation of impacted programs
  7. Productivity calculations and records
  8. Overall project progress status reports
  9. Subcontractor?s Work Management including their track record of executed work Vs deployed resources to evaluate their work performance.

  11. Procurement planning and Preparation & updating of procurement logs
