  • Acts as leader for an MS functional team, coordinating and allocating work, coaching and providing on-the-job training to other team members, making recommendations in their formal performance assessment.
  • May act as a shift leader of multiple functions.
  • May monitor the set of tickets / work orders received by the functional team, taking corrective action if there is a risk to, or breach of agreed service levels, including through the re-prioritization of work and / or engagement of additional temporary resources
  • Accountable for remote technical delivery across project as per defined service scope
  • Project setup phase in areas for resource dimensioning, project plan, technical setup, dimensioning, project plan, technical setup, technical consultation, documentation
  • Validates the workload involved related to technical tasks
  • Validates the expertise needed related to technical tasks
  • Project Delivery Quality / KPI
  • Interfacing Technical Project Mgr/Technical Mgr in Market Project team
  • Team leadership including technical governance and supporting to resolve escalated operational issues
  • Project review governance
  • Competence Management
  • Understand and share across the team Customer Network Architecture, HW /SW & Configuration, maintain and update network architecture information on specific customer project
  • Ensure that Technical documentation and MOP/SOP/WI are available
  • Coach & mentor stream resources assigned to projects
  • Task Planning & Task Dispatch
  • Task prioritization & progress follow-up
  • Escalation handling
  • Non-conformities handling & follow-up
  • Root cause analyses regarding operational tasks
  • Forecast & team dimensioning & reporting
  • Resource allocation & assignment
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technologies
  • Previous experience in back office telecom activity is a plus
  • Previous experience in RAN Huawei and Ericsson is a plus
  • Previous experience needed with multivendor RAN technology
  • Ability to deliver necessary knowledge transfer within the team
  • Ability to work after clear work instructions and under clear timelines
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong MS Office Suite knowledge (Access, Excel, Word)
  • English Level: at least B1 level
  • French Level: at least B1 level - is an advantage
