Employment: Full Time Designer up to 2.8k Usd for an E-Commerce (Fashion) Company in OmanWork closely with Design Manager and be aligned to achieve the goals defined by management for design departmentDesign theme and styles for womens wear categoryConduct market research to understand fashion trends, customers, lifestyles, etcResearch and find fabrics and develop fabric archive suitable for our upcoming collectionVisit fashion shows, exhibitions, workshops; pre-define half yearly calendar to visit such events and take approval from the management as per the budget allocationMake sketches by hand or on computer (CAD) for womenswearCreate mood boards, color palettes as per the design conceptDefine the fabric, embellishment, accessories and trims for the designMake pattern CAD drawingsDiscuss design concept and tech pack with Pattern Master in case of any doubts, clarification requiredEnsure the sampling and final garment are created as per the design and given instructionsAssist and take active participation during fittings and proto sample review.
