We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator who is going to help and assist Advanced Solutions, PR & Communication Marketing Manager in devising and implementing individual vendor and Ingram Micro Physical Security, Cyber Security IoT & AI BU?s marketing plans and PR & Communication activities ensuring the success of activities planned and executed, presenting the results and analysis. Also assisting in all corporate activities ensuring brand representation and funding.?What will you do??????????You will support Events, EXPO?s & other marketing activities planning, implementation, ROI management and reporting;?????????You will negotiate and manage suppliers and agencies. ?????????You will support in preparing creative briefs to Vendors;?????????You will handle marketing activities internal approvals and payments approval;?????????You will participate in Activities Claims, Proof of the execution submission to vendors and payments follow up;?????????You will own digital marketing activities, on the company?s website and social media accounts;?????????You will write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, proposals, presentations);?????????You will support Corporate announcements Press Releases writing, Copywriting Skills;?????????You will support Internal marketing activities (quarterly newsletters, hackathons & incentives programs);?????????You are going to be responsible for coordinating with Design Team?s and supporting all design-related projects, from creating a designer?s brief/concept to controlling and reviewing the design submittals and completion;
