Job Description

  • Set up and maintain workstations/Laptops for employees and Stores (software/hardware)
  • Setup and maintain all IT-related H/W (Screens, Scanners, Printers, Finger Print,?..etc.)
  • Resolve the employees IT issues within the agreed SLA based on SDP ticketing system.
  • Handle all systems issues related to surveillance with Security, card access team, networking team, maintenance team, and Camera Systems.
  • Follow up with internet and telecom providers.
  • Follow up with Vendors on all employees? and Stores? related IT issues.
  • Assist in managing IT resources and tools and where applicable recommendations.
  • Suggest IT requirements to be included in the IT budget.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives.
  • Self-development and skill improvement.
  • Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
  • Achieve set annual KPI?s and develop oneself on skill gaps
