Lead and manage the ICT Operations team to establish a culture of accountability and IT Service Management excellence through effective day to day management of technology professionals and delivers sound business outcomes for Customers
Extensive knowledge in the operations and support of ICT environments (Avaya/Cisco/Aruba/Huawei/Mitel) and ELV ?technologies in relation to support, hardware, software applications and networks to deliver stable and efficient ICT services to meet customer needs.
Experience on the ICT project management skills
Responsible / ensures team attain the required skills and the technical certification of the vendors.
Team Management Weekly and monthly Operation review
Responsible maintaining SLA requirements of the operation department
