?Lead all aspects of Logistics including Warehouse, Transportation ,Capacity Planning, Logistics Supplier Governance, QA, HS&E and customization, People Management?Accountable for ensuring Logistics exceeds the needs of the Business Units and Customers, through effective action plan development and execution?Ensure that cost is managed within the budget, lead and implement cost saving projects and continually drive down the inefficiencies.?Ensure that all areas of logistics within their control have the right level of capability and resources, technology, skills, and support?Manage availability of transport capacity to manage business requirement and proactively work to manage the business plan/growth?Manage all the supplier to deliver required services through negotiation, contract management, service review and reduce cost including our own fleet?Responsible for key performance metrics in the area of cost, cash and service?Manage all queries and requirements for Customs Clearance and coordinate accordingly with Legal, Regulatory, Internal Control and other functions.?Ensure logistics operations are compliant to QA,HS&E , Legal, Internal control requirement to the company/local market?Develop capable people through effective on-boarding, training and coaching.?Manage people in line with the Company's principles, policies and plans.?Manage various projects time to time and ensure deliverables according to the project?Implement continuous improvement program to develop new process and implement for efficient warehouse management?Proactively work on assessing risk and prompt mitigation to meet business growth and business?continuity?Implement capacity planning process to match the long term business growth plans in terms of warehousing & transportation?Managing close coordination with principles to ensure business requirements are met effectively.?Preferred Experience? FMCG, Retail Industry, Sales & Distributiononly Indian experience candidate is required
