Job Description

  • Manage internal communications for the top management leadership and HR related operations.
  • Responsible for developing, checking and translating strategic and day-to-day content for new company programme, policies, changes and announcements as well as thought leadership content for the top management.
  • Working closely with several top level internal stakeholders and collaborating with teams across divisions to develop content.
  • The ideal candidate should have a good copywriting, proof-reading, editing and translating skills.
  • Must have the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Manage and influence at a high level and at the same time is able to dive really deep in to processes and systems, needing to be completely hands-on when required.
  • The ideal candidate should actively seek to understand the core business values and initiatives and integrate them into the engaging content.
  • Candidates who proactively think on their feet, delight in innovative yet effective solutions and ready to roll up sleeves and get work done, even at times when it is outside the scope, should apply.
