Present the benefits of Apple in Education to IT or Key Decision makers
Regular follow ups with existing Schools/ Universities for orders or courtesy calls
Update Education Pipeline with appropriate Comments to discuss with ABM during weekly call
Raising Sales Quotations & Delivery Instructions on SAP
Internal follow-up to arrange stocks from Mi Stores to fulfill LPOs
Attending to any issues related to our products & services to resolve the same or channelize it to the correct department (E.g ? Technical issues to be routed to Technical Sales Engineer or Service related issues to be escalated to Service Centre etc.)
Following up on outstanding payments and ensuring collection is done timely
Be motivated to handle any other task that may arise as per business requirements
