Currently, due to increased business needs, we are looking to hire Business Analyst.Few Words About the TeamYou will join our Da Vinci team which is focused on the implementation and customization of the new ERP system ? Microsoft Dynamics AX within the Arrow EMEA region.The selected candidate will join the top-notch Team of 16 Business Analysts that are spread across Poland, France and UK and will be reporting to Valentin Heid.What You Will Be Doing at ArrowOn a daily basis, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders from different countries to enhance and develop our EMEA Ecosystem applications implementation.Your role will be to cooperate with business clients, evaluate their needs and requests from a technical and functional point of view. Among your tasks, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and support of our business community as a subject matter expert.Main responsibilities includeEstablishing and maintaining the ongoingevaluation of business processes across the EMEA region,Delivery of key documents forsimplifying pan?EMEA decisions regarding changes in the process and functional / reporting requests. Scope of the key decisions includes : key decision definition, benefits / risks analysis, various plans explanation, financial impact / model and statistics, recommendations, proposal of implementation plan, decision sign off,Gathering functional requirements and priorities from all EMEA business partners and delivering it to IT,Acting asthe single point of contact for the business community for business requirements,Managing the review and validation of functional specification documents,Managinguser acceptance tests of delivered solutions,Monitoring the whole process andthinking of continuous improvement, analyzing reports and ROI measurements.Who Are We Looking ForWe are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in business analysis and CRM/ERP related projects.
