Job Description

Project location: Makkah, KSAWe are looking to hire a talented Structural CAD technician to prepare the structural As-Built drawings and otherproject construction drawings. You may be required to work as part of a team on a project.To ensure success as a CAD technician, the candidate should have extensive working experience with CADsoftware, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.Responsibilities:Depending on their level of experience, a successful applicant will be able to efficiently and effectively utilizeAutoCAD to develop and produce construction documents, perform QA/QC, provide design ideas and solutions,and train/mentor other CAD Technicians. A successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and willthrive in a team-focused approach.

  • Produce construction documents using relevant drafting/design software.
  • Preparing drawings/figures during the construction administration phase.
  • As- built drawings based on the surveyor?s information.
  • Organize construction documents from beginning to end with little to minor direction.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of codes and regulatory requirements for design.
  • Perform thorough quality control of construction documents.
  • Maintain file management of AutoCAD files and other documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company CAD standards within the scope of assigned projects.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Teachable, creative, and adaptable.
