Job Description

  • Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
  • Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Manages Minutes of Meetings, Charters, Scheduling, and other reporting requirements
  • Organize and coordinate Boards requirements (Reports, Financial Statements, others)
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyses data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
  • Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
  • Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
  • Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in timely manner
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
