Job Title: Marketing Manager?Responsibilities and Duties:

Optimizing online marketing programs to achieve set online advertising goals.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Nurturing prospects and customers throughout the entire online buying cycle.
Upholding brand standards.
Ensuring that the company?s website comes up high in search results.
Organizing affiliate marketing programs.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve results.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

?Requirements

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
