The Domain Manager will be responsible for approximately 30 engineers who specialize in BSS Competence, In addition to LM responsibility, the Domain Manager will also lead all aspects of BSS operations in the specified geographical area. * Support Portfolio Readiness. Ensure the team readiness to deliver all the needed support for all BSS portfolio. For the customers where these services are sold, capture the incremental value being delivered through these services. * Operational Performance. Track and supervise the Domain Performance. Work with all stakeholders to drive improvements. * Competence Management. Ensure plans are in place for all BSS resources aligned with current and future support demands. Supervise the execution of these plans and report them on a regular basis. * Escalation Management. Customer Networks never sleep. Be available at all times to manage an emergency/crisis situation. Have access to engineers working in a balanced rosta who can be pulled in to support the emergency situation outside of working hours. Ensure Domain Head is kept up to date with timely updates on the situation. * Innovation and Automation. Promote a culture of innovation in the team. Encourage new ideas, process improvements, reusing best practices etc. Use Automation to enable the team to execute speedily. * Demand forecasting. Provide the number of hours required from each leg of Support. This will allow us to maintain the right size of the team and also give input to GE on our demands.You will bring* Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience * Min years of experience: 10+ years * Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy * Knowledge of the sales process * Customer and market insight * Excellent Social and communication skills * Financial competence and skills * Formulating strategies and concepts * Adhering to principles and values * Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.This job is a multi-geography hire open to be hired within Lebanon, Pakistan, Turkey, and Jordon.At Ericsson, you?ll have an outstanding opportunity.
