Job Description

Position Title: Lead Vendor ExperienceDepartment: Vendor OperationsLocation: Karachi/LahoreResponsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring a better experience for our vendors associated with all verticals of foodpanda through continuous process improvements
  • Development of SOPs to be followed at the BPO level for respective verticals
  • Maintaining SOP Compliance and Adherence at the BPO level to ensure proper case resolution is being provided to vendors
  • Monitor and ensure quality support is provided to all vendors associated with the vertical through the in-house channels and the support is given to the remaining inventory through the BPO
  • Monitoring and developing action plans to improve the SOPs being implemented at the BPO level to improve Vendor Satisfaction and Incident Rate.
  • Working closely with CS and RS SOP Champions to suggest SOP changes/improvements to enhance vendor satisfaction
  • Maintain & improve vendor satisfaction at an optimum level with frequent deep dives into the feedback received from our Vendors.
  • Deep-rooted understanding of all our vendor-centric SOPs and processes in order to evaluate cases from a vendor?s point of view.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups with vendors to evaluate their pain points and work on improving the same through process improvements or SOP revisions.
  • Maintain close coordination with all internal departments and stakeholders to ensure partner-centric issues are timely resolved and processes streamlined.
  • Maintaining weekly reports and analysis of vendor-centric data for respective verticals for greater visibility
  • Coming up with new and better initiatives to improve vendor satisfaction
