The primary purpose of this position is to lead the link between Digital Technology and Strategic Organizational Development to support the targeted growth of tripling the business in the next 3-5 years.We are currently transitioning from SAP ECC on HANA to SAP S4HANA and are looking forward to recruiting an SAP Business Objects System Analyst.

• Three to five years of experience in the field of Data Analytics, preferably working in Steel, Process or Manufacturing Industry.
• Around 3+ years of experience in Business Objects (BOBJ) as a technical consultant playing various key roles in Design, Development, Upgrade and Support Projects.
• SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) including technologies such as the HANA Modelling, Webi, XCelsius, crystal reports, IDT, BODS and Lumira

?Requirements:

• Understanding and documenting the functional and technical requirements.
• Design, build, test and deploy SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) technical solutions.
• Implementation of SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) analytics solutions.
• Extensive experience and understanding of Star Schema, Snow Flake Schema, Dimensional Modeling, Entity-Relationship Modeling, OLTP and OLAP concepts.
• Promote content from development to test to pre-production to production environments using promotion management and Rev Track after testing and user signoff.
• Experience in business objects administrative activities including creating User groups, restricting documents to certain group of user, Promotion management, setting the access levels and others identical tasks.
• Responsible for setting the standards and following the best practices in writing codes, test scripts/cases and technical specification documentation.
• Expert in Information Design Tool (IDT) and have worked extensively creating data foundation and Business layer on database like HANA
• Setup row level or column level security on universe to restrict data access to certain users or user groups.
• Extensively Worked on SAP HANA Modeler (HANA Design Studio), Designing Schemas, Creating Packages, Attribute View, Analytical View, Calculation view, Analytic Privileges and Stored Procedures.
• Worked with SAP engineers to troubleshoot product defects effectively and request hot fixes for critical product bugs.
• Enable auditing features on each of the business objects servers in production to analyze or track the usage of reports and other actions.
• Highly worked on implementing automated bursting of Reports via Publication services
• Performed Proof of Concept and worked on Translation Management in Business Object Tool to provide the multilingual reporting service.
• Proficient and extensive knowledge on dashboard designing tools like XCelsius and Lumira.
• Proficient in creating Explorer Reports, OLAP Analysis Report on HANA Analytical View.
• Worked on creating Hyperlink Reports by parameterizing URLs with the OpenDocument syntax.
• Business objects upgrade experience, includes 4.0 to 4.1 to 4.2.
• Expert Level knowledge in creating Universe based WEBI BOBJ 4.2 using advanced features including Database Delegated (Smart Measures), Hyperlinks, Delegate Search, Data Tracking, Input Controls, hierarchies and drilling in BO, Merged Dimension Feature to combine Universes and creating a single document on the same..

Created Custom events, File Events and Scheduled Events in CMC for event based Scheduling of the Reports.Personal Attributes:Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
