1. Set up and operate rotational molding machines independently to produce various products.2. Supervises and coordinates daily mold setting and process adjustments.3. Assigns tasks to assistant operators and identifies methods for coordinating the workflow4. Conducts in-process inspections and verification of finished parts so as to ascertain continuouspart and process quality conformance5. Verifies set-ups to achieve optimum quality results6. Investigates malfunction of machines and equipment to determine need for repair7. Monitors instrument controls, checks product quality and makes adjustments as required.8. Maintains work area(s) and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.9. Responsible for assigned shift operation.Job DetailsA) Regular (Daily / weekly):1- Responsible for safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.2- Must be able to safely and efficiently use hand tools and operate machinery and controls.3- Maintains daily production and other records as required.4- Performs secondary operations on molded product as required (compounding & Pulverizing).B) Infrequent ( Monthly / quarterly / annually) :1. Participate in new mold and new product design2. Able to work overtime as needed3- Other duties and projects as assigned.
