Employment: Full Time About the Client:An international logistics & freight forwarding company that provides complex logistics solutions to customers in various industries around the world.Job Role:Promote the company and its services by coordinating with Sales, Management, Finance, IT and Media Relations teamsCreate regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectivesEvaluate metrics and instruct Sales Managers to achieve the targetsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports and submit findings and analysis to senior managementStrategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer servicesRecommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequencyEstablish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systemsComply with industry laws, regulations and ISO requirements and develop policies or procedures for logistics activities based on the sameTrain shipping department personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding global logistics strategiesAddress potential problems and suggest prompt solutionsPrepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibilityAnalyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth and participate in decisions for business growth and developmentSuggest new and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction, meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targetsServe as the point Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeopleDirect, optimize and coordinate full work cycle and reinforce the business efficiency by being the point of contact to report and communicate all achievements, inefficiencies or requirement between operations, sales, accounting and warehouse department in region and with the management in the head office REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:33 years old and aboveBachelors Degree in Marketing, or any relevant fieldWith at least 6 years of experience in the same role from logistics & freight forwarding industryRetail background is an advantageIn-depth understanding of logistics and operations processAbility to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlinesMust be excellent in attention detail and commercial awarenessAbility to read and generate reports, ledgers and market analysesOutstanding written, verbal communication, negotiation, and motivational skills
