Responsible for assisting in the Management of the Stores and make sure it operates effectively, Also, responsible for maintaining the Customer Service levels for all Customers as per predefined standards, policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of the F&B Division and to support the company?s business plan and to ensure that staff (Waitresses, waiters, porters, etc.) have the necessary skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.
Assist in the development of the F&B Division?s annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
Provide recommendation and Implement the F&B Division?s established policies and the set procedures in order to achieve?the Divisions objectives.
Maintain the stores staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains the stores staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Train new employees and provide continuing education and training to current employees.
Complete schedules and assign duties and responsibilities to the store?s staff.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Track and implement financial quotas for F&B stores and staff based on the stated financial goals of the business.
Evaluate staff quarterly and replace staff as needed based on performance based metrics.
Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintain the stability and reputation of the stores by complying with legal requirements.
Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain F&B multi stores inventory.
Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on sales floor.
Complete F&B stores administration and ensure compliance with Mohamed Naser Al-Hajery & Sons policies and procedures.
Ensures all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the stores are functional and presentable.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
