Performs all aspects of personnel transactions as assigned.
Processes staff reimbursements as per HR policies & procedures; and staff air tickets.
Processes staff resignation post approval from HR Manager and updates Govt. Relations and Exit tracker.
Manages/ coordinates hostel and accommodation arrangements as per established policies; intimates Govt. Relations.
Conducts monthly monitoring of female hostel and reports inadequacies to HR Manager.
Intervenes and resolves hostel-related matters and issues warning/violation notices under the direction of HR Manager.
Monitors completion of the respective staff probation period and notifies Govt. Relations for residence transfer formalities; sends probation report form to Manager and maintains adequate records.
Handles all Air ticket and hotel (local) bookings incidental to staff entitlements,Business /Training trips, locum & visiting Physicians/Doctors, new joiners etc.
Prepares and issues staff identity cards.
Responds to employee queries related to payroll; walk-in-staff, telephone, and email.
Maintains HR systems and employee files.
Processes & monitors employee absence, attendance and Leaves.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data ( absences, bonus, leaves, etc. )
Attends meetings as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
