Job Description

To provide comprehensive HR services to designated Company business areas and employees thereby contributing to their overall performance.Operational Involvement

  • Sourcing and screening of junior level employees
  • Scheduling Candidates for Interviews (Al Dhow Group)
  • Onboarding of locally hired candidates (Hiring Documents)
  • Registering new employees in system or Pre-registering candidates as required.
  • Processing Employee Leaves (Annual, sick etc.)
  • Handle HR Administration for ENGIE (RAF, Job Offers, Leaves, EDAF)
  • Process Invoices related to HR recruitment (Bayt/)
  • Coordinate and process in posting job vacancies in all sourcing platform.
  • Co-ordinate and process Business Card Requests
  • Handle the Archiving of HR Related Files & Documents
  • Coordinating and arranging training requests of employees.
  • Provided administrative support in creating and updating s & Organization Charts
  • Annual Performance Appraisal administration
  • Cover for Roles of other teammates when on leave.
  • To participate in a small team of personnel in an effective and efficient way.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Provides advice to employees to ensure a clear understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Addresses employee queries and concerns and redirects them to concerned party for proper solutions.
Report Development & Documentation
  • Collects, stores and maintains data related to HR issues in order to ensure accurate documentation of information.
  • Collates and/or summarizes data and produces monthly reports, spreadsheets and other diagnostic tool on various HR initiatives to support management in making sound decisions.
Policies and Procedures
  • Coordinates for the effective and efficient application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Keeps up to date with changing internal and external regulations to ensure compliance and support the ongoing development of HR standards.
Quality Control
  • Identifies and corrects data discrepancies in order to eliminate errors and ensure the highest standards of data accuracy.
  • Verifies and validates information and documents before their dispatch from Al Dhow to ensure accuracy and quality of external correspondence.
