????????????Responsible for managing a team to deliver safe, optimal and environmentally sound Pre-commissioning / Commissioning and startup of a facility.????????????Responsible to ensure that the Pre-commissioning/Commissioning, plant startup is safe and in accordance with the standards and requirements.????????????Responsible to execute the Pre-commissioning/Commissioning of facility (Utility and Process) with client approved procedures.????????????Responsible for stabilizing the Plant operation post commissioning.????????????Responsible for setting up and optimizing the operating parameters of the Plant.????????????Maintaining relationship and co-ordinate with the Clients and vendors for all Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning activities.????????????Co-ordinate with other discipline commissioning engineers and Plant operators for smooth and scheduled completion of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning activities.????????????Reviewing of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning procedures.????????????Monitor and review/witness site inspection and testing related to pre-commissioning, on behalf of Client.????????????Participate in Project/Client meetings and update the Pre-commissioning/Commissioning status.????????????Participate in Pre-commissioning reviews including vendors, spares, tools, test, equipment, etc.????????????Participate in project risk assessment workshops.????????????Provide input to completion schedules, sequence and handover strategy.????????????Responsible for preparing combined commissioning procedures and ensures approval from Client.????????????Shall ensure adequate availability of resources for Commissioning
