Job Description

As such, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join the Strategy & Business Development team.As a Business Development Specialist you will develop the framework for growth and profitability by continuously seeking potential growth opportunities, cost cutting initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation and development. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting in the regular review and preparation of the Business Plan with defined goals, objectives, and budgets
  • Produce mid-term and end-of-year Strategy Progress Reports for the Governing Board. During this process, gaps in the current system are identified, and intervention programs or recommendations are created in order to address them
  • Provide business/process intelligence in collaboration with the key service line and departmental leaders
  • Facilitate annual work plans for all departments by assisting them to define their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), their scope of work and budgets
  • Facilitate BD Manager with the projects assigned by top management. Ensure that projects undergo a thorough financial justification before they are implemented
