Responsible for end-to-end ownership for Recruitment section including formulating and implementing recruitment strategies in line with department & corporate objectives.
Lead, manage & monitor staff for daily operations related to recruitment sections.
Support and assist HR Supervisor & HR Manager in formulating and implementing aggressive recruitment strategy and techniques to attract potential & ompetent candidates and minimize recruitment cost.
Supervise & monitor staff for daily operations related to Recruitment sections including Visa Management, Manpower Plan, Client & Department requirements & needs, Applicant & CV Database, Screening & Sourcing, Selection & Interviews, Pre- Mobilization, Mobilization, Recruitment KPI, MIS Reports, etc.
Coordinate, facilitate and review department & client complaints and provide resolution to avoid reoccurrence for customer satisfaction. Submit monthly analysis report to HR Supervisor & HR Manager.
Co-ordinate with Department Managers & Co-ordinators, review, understand the requirement and ensure PR (Personnel Requisition), Client Order and related procedures effectively followed by recruitment team.
Proactively monitor department/client requirement trends to enable changing department/client needs.
Ensure recruitment activities is inline with approved manpower plan, PR (Personnel Requisition) & meeting deadlines as required by clients & departments.
Spearhead campaigns and sourcing initiative for effective candidate pooling , co-ordinate with overseas recruiting agencies & provide them by required documentations to finalize the employment procedures for international employees
Compile and maintain a database for local and international recruitment advertising agencies and on-line sites that provide recruitment services.
Ensure co-ordination with GR, departments & manage effective Visa management including Visa availability, Visa allotment, E-Wakala, Visa stamping, Visa cancellation.
Ensure and monitor staff maintains CV database, candidate tracking database for complete recruitment cycle from requirement (PR), sourcing, selection, interview mode & results, allotment of visa, candidate acceptance of offer letter, sponsorship transfer data for easy reference and accessibility.
Ensure quality candidates CV submission to departments & clients within specific time period.
Ensure effective planning for selection including planning for interview campaign, interview mode, interview type, interview panel, budget, resources required, setting timeline, etc.
Ensure effective negotiation with potential and competent candidates for right selection within specific time period.
Ensure compliance of approvals matrix on issued Offer Letter to candidates as per company policy & review position, salary & benefits mentioned in offer as per client order and approved grading policy.
Ensure compliance of mandatory requirements implemented in recruitment as per company policies & procedures.
Ensure applicability of Laiha and company policies & procedures in overall recruitment cycle. Any deviation or exceptional cases need to escalate to HR Manager for decision.
Supervise pre-mobilization activities perfomed effectively within defined time frame.
Maintain recruitment data and statistics; provide regular updates to HR Manager & Management on progress of recruitment activities.
Deliver an exceptional recruitment service resulting in reduced costs, better hiring decisions, an enhanced applicant experience and efficiencies in process.
Monitor and follow up SAP HCM pending workflow reports and co-ordinate with individual users for timely completion of tasks with accuracy.
Analyse weekly pending HCM SAP tasks report and submit summary report to HR Supervisor, HR Manager on weekly basis.
Ensure and co-ordinate with recruitment staff for implementation of HCM processes in SAP.
Evaluate performance of recruitment section staff and record.
Coaching and mentoring team continuously including training to drive performance improvement.
Co-ordinate with Department/Project Managers to ensure effective implementation of recruitment strategy and resolution for issues faced by departments & clients.
Analyse the root cause of recruitment issues and take corrective & preventive action for resolution.
Ensure compliance of documentation and process according to company policy /procedures, ISO standards and Saudi Labour law.
Develop effective relationships with the business (internal & external) to promote good employee relations across the organization.
Maintain department objectives, KPI & Risk register related to Recruitment section and submit monthly feedback to HR Supervisor & HR Manager for review.
Participate in internal & external audit and ensure Recruitment records and team available for audit.
Maintain and provide status for corrective and preventive action for non-conformances and issues.
Define, identify Non-SAP data records and ensure weekly backup for availability of frequent reports.
