Providing the highest level of customer service.

  • Prepare contracts for all Household customers.
  • Follow Up with Customers for contracts Renewal and payments.
  • Update the databases with each current or potential clients Status.
  • Receiving all Customers inquiries and complaints and responding quickly.
  • Ability to build a long-term relationship with customers
  • Prepare and submit all daily activities report to management
  • Achieving the Monthly Sales Target.
  • Ability to work additional hours as required or on holidays and shift basis.
  • Explain to customers about all the services and packages offered by the company.
