Job Description

Role PurposeTo grow the business with the assigned Key accounts, understand the Account needs, dynamics & segments, define the offer positioning in the assigned accounts, and secure and manage business lobbying, support and prescription in the posted Key accounts.Key Accountabilities:

  • Marketing and account intelligence:
  1. Assessment of market size, market share and competitive position.
  2. Support the Creating of competition profiles and define prescription strategy
  3. Monitor the market/Account price and recommend the correct price to ensure profitable growth for Eaton Arabia.
  4. Decide the communication required communication campaigns (seminars, papers, etc.).
  5. Decide and implement the required communication tools (promotion files, CD?s catalogues, brochures, etc.)
  • Account mapping
  1. Effective account mapping and definition of the lobbying and commercial strategy with expected returns.
  2. Create business partnerships with the assigned accounts to achieve growth and good profitability for the business
  • Achieve results
  1. Pre-qualification and promotion of positioned offer range at the end-users, major EPCs & significant consulting & designing offices.
  2. Guide and assist the Proposal team in selecting the targeted projects and increasing the hit rate.
  3. Co-ordinate with all Eaton Arabia teams and partners by focusing on the targeted projects at the upstream (FEED stage) in order to increase our winning chances and hit rate.
  4. Support the services business growth with the key accounts (including equipment replacement projects and site services).
  5. Achieve the set Sales Target for the account.
  • Customer satisfaction
  1. Develop the business relation with the assigned accounts and Major contractors ( local and international).
  2. Achieve the required targets as per the company goals.
