Estimation Engineer - Quantity SurveyorJob Location : KhobarRequirements:?Minimum of 8 to 10 years of Pipeline Construction experience in the Oil & Gas field.?Should be versatile and have wide-ranging knowledge of all engineering disciplines. familiarity with general terms used in a project environment, procurement, contracts, Project planning & controls, Cost estimation and budgeting, construction management, Project Assurance, and Project Turnover requirements.?Sound knowledge of procedures and best practices used the world over in the areas of Engineering & Project Management (E&PM)?Good knowledge of developing procedures.?Sound quantitative and analytical skills, identify problems, research and analyse relevant information, develop and present recommendations/ justification/ solutions?Conduct a comprehensive review of flash/ weekly/ monthly reports and submit a recommendation?Ability to read, interpret, apply, and explain technical written material of Project Management Manual, PEI, Engineering Administration Manual, ITB, Contract agreements, local regulations, etc.?Strong people management and interpersonal skills?Good knowledge of office automation software particularly in MS word, MS Excel, MS power point, Good written/oral communication and presentation skills?Iqama Transfer immediately
