Job Description
Follow up with planning team on the production plan for receiving products.
Update RDD after getting the information from planning team
Fill and update tracking sheet and share it with concerned parties on a daily basis.
Communicate any updates regarding export orders to sales team on a regular basis in written.
Update planning team on any system transactions to be considered.
Arrange shipments loading with warehouse and send them daily loading plan to be followed.
Always follow up on export planned orders on SAP and close any orders that was delivered and still opened on system.
Work with shipping lines, brokers, and truckers to execute bookings, and ensure vendors/suppliers/service providers are paid timely.
Executes required export documentation for multiple accounts in various stages of completion in a highly time sensitive environment
Timely management of multiple 3PLs of communication between suppliers, shippers, customers and internal parties, maintaining details, and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties
Obtains export certificates from various government agencies in compliance with each shipment/ country?
