Job Description

?????????Initiate new contacts and engage new contracts and deals ??????????Contribute in growing the business portfolio of the company and achieving the Assigned Targets.??????????Participate in the evaluation of the situation in the sales area considering possibilities of new business engagements.

  • Manages promotional activities, industry conferences, road shows & product
?????????Monitors all sales inquiries and provides general support/assistance on each of the leads until closure of deal. ?????????Review and assesses result of marketing research studies and advertisement campaigns performed by marketing research and development to promote sales inside and outside the kingdom. Monitor implementation and outcome of such activities to build effective sales plans and targets.?????????Reviews sales plans developed by concerned officials for various lines of products in the division and monitors implementation and overall sales performance.?????????Liaises with sales manager on matter related to placing confirmed sales order and shipping of sold products and availability of stocks in warehouse.?????????Coordinates with administration and finance department on all financial matter pertaining to collection of payments and billing of customers? accounts in addition to opening LC?s to suppliers as required?????????Presents periodical progress report related to sales department operation to the general manager with explanatory notes with detailed analysis of the situation including suggestion for improvements as needed.?????????Perform a variety of human resources activities for sales staff including recruitment of competent staff provision and proper training staff performance appraisal, staff motivation etc. ?????????Conduct any work-related special assignment entrusted by the Sales Manager as and whenever it is required.?????????Makes corporate and product presentations to introduce the company & products to customers, business partners, authorities, consultants & the general public?????????Establishes, builds and maintains good relations with all the customers and key business partners. ?????????Keeps sound relations with the competitors and keeps updated with the various jobs they execute. ?????????Continuously monitors business results and analyzes any variances. ?????????Develop work policies, procedure, sales plan and marketing strategies, business budgets and establishes performance standards and criteria in cooperation with the sponsored companies & agencies representative and marketing manager and ensure proper implementation once approved by the General Manager.?????????Supervise, Direct and controls overall sales activities related to a range of international products and services in Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets performed by sponsored companies and agencies representative direct sales team ensuring attainment of planned sales targets.
