Job Description

The potential candidate responsible for expanding the companys presence (online and offline) by finding the target audience, develop the marketing content, and distribute it effectively. The candidate will collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure that marketing efforts support the targeted sales. The candidate will create and implement a marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The candidate?s analytical skills should assist in monitoring and reporting the success of marketing efforts.?The candidate should be self-motivated and a positive team player.?Objectives of this Role

  1. Developing traditional and digital sales and marketing strategies.
  2. Creating Digital & traditional Marketing Plans.
  3. Executing Traditional and Digital Marketing plan including digital, Social Media, and newsletter campaigns.
  4. Analyze Campaigns Performance, reporting, and come up with innovative ideas to improve it.
  5. Increasing brand awareness and promoting company services to targeted audiences.
  6. Develop, maintain and update the website?for optimum performance, search engine?relevance, engagement, and traffic.
  7. Capture?digital content (videos and photos) during ongoing projects and convey the message as a storytelling way to support digital communications and social media objectives.
  8. Maintain digital content photograph and video, uploading new content as needed and removing outdated content?from the Image Library?when needed.
  9. Create and implement targeted marketing?tools for the?website, such as?e-newsletters?and?landing pages to support marketing and brand communications initiatives.
  10. Develop, maintain and update the contact database for all customers. Design and implement ways to get new customer data (Name, email, phone, designation, company, etc.)
  11. Creating monthly reports on all paid campaigns; analyze and communicate?monthly statistics on all digital assets, including social media and landing pages
  12. Maximize the opportunity for publicity in all forms of social media using , Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google My Business.
  13. Create and implement monthly content for social media ? one month in advance.
  14. Develop the marketing content based on the organizations business line and in consultation with the respective department.
  15. Design, develop and update the company profile and brochures for marketing purposes.
