Must have good hands-on experience working on Java.

Strong on Documentum core concepts (security,lifecycles,workflows,object models, jobs).
Good Knowledge working on Documentum composer.
Sound knowledge on ACLs, Lifecycles, Methods/Jobs.
Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.
Must know Database SQL & DQL queries.
Must know of Tomcat / Jboss.
Documentum D2 experience & Documentum Administration is added advantage.
Debugging skills, Bug fixes, and code change.
Knowledge of Change management and Route to Live deployment process.
Must have effective communication and writing skills.
