Job Description

Employment: Full Time The Senior Business Analyst Specialist is responsible for analyzing, import/build data, and generate reports that meet the needs of the business.Key AccountabilitiesAnalyze big data for trends, anomalies and potential issues.Make recommendations upon results of analysis.Create and maintain the inventory of ABS reports which are distributed from the ABS.These will include standard scheduled reports as well as adhoc reporting.Analyze project feasibility with business development team, decide on the feasibility of projects, and prepare a detailed specification document accordingly.Troubleshooting the errors that results from end-of-month closing.Fixor report them to the development team.Generating and analyses reports from single or multiple systems adding commentary as necessary before issuing such reports.Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.Take ownership of the BI reporting platform is as much as it relates to the ABS.Support the Group Compliance program where required.Ensure high level of customer service is delivered and maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting all internal SLAs and by following up on requests in a timely manner.Assist in managing and developing team members to ensure that the department has the required knowledge and efficiency. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications, Experience, KnowledgeBachelors Degree in Computer Information System or Information Technology; MBA is a plus.5-7 years of experience is a similar field.Proficiency in MS Office.Fluency in English.Strong knowledge of the Business field (ERP Systems).Advanced experience in SQL server, Access , SQL scripts coding.CompetenciesAnalytical ThinkingAttention to detailsCulture AwarenessCustomer FocusCommunication SkillsSelf - DevelopmentStrategic Thinking
