Employment: Full Time In their endeavor to excellence, the fundamental values all our employees must possess are Commitment, Integrity, Empathy and FlexibilityJob SummaryThe job holder of this position is responsible for implementing day to day personnel operations, confidential certificates, employee relations etc, and is responsible for ensuring implementation policies.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational:Follow all relevant HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerOperational:Implement activities under minimal supervisionEscalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a mannerAdminister employees attendance, leaves, vacations and overall absenteeismEnsure the adherence of all employees to organizations personnel rules and regulationsFollow up with all employees concerning medical certificates for sick leaves, and out of office/absence formsHandle all medical insurance claims and liaise with insurance companies for employees collectionsIssue/cancel access cards in adherence to security policiesPrepare welcome kits for new employee orientation sessionsPrepare absenteeism calculations for end of service settlementAttend to employee enquiries on company policies and proceduresHandle and follow up on the work visa and labour contract processes HR Administrator Training Coordination UAE Labor Law VISA Documentation Employee Services Job Offering Data AdministrationCoordinate with the employees and the PROsPrepare, maintain and update the appropriate documentsLead the work visa and labour contract renewalsProcess the application, renewal and cancellation of all documents for labour cards, work permits and residency visasSchedule medical examinations for the processing of residence visasUpdate document according to expiry on the HRIMSInitiate, update and maintain employees personal data on the HRMSKeep updated records on all new immigration and labour legislations as communicated by the PRO and the Personnel/HR ManagerPrepare staff turnover reports (new comers, leavers, total headcount), KPI report for absenteeism.Update staff lists accordinglyParticipate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed REQUIREMENTS: Your Profile:University Degree Business Administration, or any other related field0-2 years of experience in the same field or a similar field
