Planning, preparing, and executing digital platform architecture that is centered around app modernization, Agile & DevOps principles, scaling performance and availability, embracing: APIs, Microservices, cloud migrations, and event-driven & serverless architectures.Roles and Responsibilities:Implementation:??Building and managing complex infrastructure observability projects to implement monitoring and logging solutions in all forms: on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. This will include implementation of Application Performance Monitoring, integrations between different systems/cloud environments, and S3 storage.??The engineer should architect highly secure, highly available, compliant, resilient, cost-efficient, and high-performing solutions by Identifying and defining system security requirements and maintaining platform integrity, authenticity, and protection against possible security threats.???Assisting Software Engineers in all production deployments to instrument the code and collect observability logs and APM traces. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in different environments.Troubleshooting and Support:??Logging System tuning and optimization, to assure best server performance and availability. Design and implement quality control measures for overall performance and reliability. Plan and execute backup strategy, and disaster recovery with zero data loss.??Provide quality support for corporate customers. Production-level administration and enhancement, with core competencies on Web Application servers using: (IIS, CMS, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx Ingress, Cert-manager, ...etc.).???Systems troubleshooting (HTTP, API, REST API, and server-side issues)Operations:??Monitoring and Alerting on converged technologies, networks, systems, applications, and databases for availability, performance, and security.???Monitoring various hardware, network connectivity, and server alarms on a regular basis to ensure efficiency and uptime. Reporting them according to the operation procedures.??Discovering problems and root causes for performance issues in middleware critical applications by analyzing metrics, logs, uptime, and APM traces.
