Employment: Full Time Commercial Legal Counsel 5 7 Years +Charterhouse is working with a fast growing and successful FMCG company, that is looking to hire a qualified Lawyer with at least 5 - 7 years + experience to join its Jordan based team. Our client is looking for an individual with high calibre legal experience of commercial contract review, negotiation and drafting to work in a fast paced environment.The role will involve an interesting broad reaching legal counsel position, working closely with the business and senior Lawyers in relation to the legal aspects of the companys operations in the Middle East region and elsewhere internationally. This is a mixed remit covering legal matters, relating to commercial, corporate, supply and service agreements, with a view to covering day to day commercial contracts, managing external counsel, liaising as required. REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for the position you should be a Jordanian National, with 5 - 7 years + experience relating to commercial, contracts and corporate legal work, with experience of the drafting, review, negotiation and management of high value agreements. This would be a good move for a qualified Lawyer already working in-house or looking to make their first move from private practice to an in-house position. Candidates must be fully fluent in business Arabic and English. A competitive salary and benefits on offer.
