Job Description

Job PurposeThe Talent Management Partner is mainly responsible for advancing Binbag?s Talent Management strategy and implementing core talent programs such as talent reviews, career development, succession planning, and internal talent mobilityMain AccountabilitiesEnsure the Job Purpose happens

  • Treat all customers, peers and colleagues with integrity and collaboration to ensure driving a high performance culture.
  • Model the core values, develop and enhance use of the BCo Universal Competencies adhering to the lead-by ExAMPLE competencies
  • Comply with all HR & Binzagr Company policies and procedures
  • Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
Main ResponsibilitiesDesigning and implementing programs that aim to attract, measure, develop, and manage the company?s Talent Pool.
  • Provide professional support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
  • Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
  • Research and manage in the development of performance management programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.
  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
  • Assist in Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
  • Ensure that organization-wide talent management and Performance management are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Assisting and developing and implementing creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Work across the organization to establish and maintain a continuous organizational performance improvement by building a high performance and learning culture.
  • Build strong relationship with training institutes, universities, colleges and technical institute.
  • To support in managing the day to day activities of the Talent Management Function and also share and drive best practices across Binzagr company.
  • To support specific performance improvement initiative, e.g. through the implementation of a new behavioral competencies in various HR practices such as recruitment, performance management and talent management, a 360-degree feedback process, coaching for performance models and others.
  • To provide support with the annual performance process, monitoring compliance with the timeframe and to ensure consistency of quality in performance exercise.
  • Participate in organization and Departmental restructure as required
  • Participate in the Development of the organizations JDs whilst including their relevant competencies
  • ? Collaborate with HRBPs for HR services
  • Design customized talent solutions in alignment With Management of high potential and performance employees.
  • Participate in designing policies and processes during HR organization and technology transformation
  • Monitor leading Talent Management practices and maintain expertise in respective topic areas
  • Partner with Business Partners to define personalized talent segment driven solutions
  • Evaluate effectiveness of Talent Management solutions and employee and business feedback to drive continual improvement
