Job Description

  • Check incoming shipments.
  • Informing the Quality department / related department of material arrival.
  • Issuing receiving vouchers.
  • Clarify the shipment loading summary orders.
  • Follow First-In-First-Out process.
  • Check the loaded shipment and match it with Loading Summary.
  • Issuing shipping vouchers & invoices using Internal system / SAP system.
  • Monthly Safety Audit.
  • Report unsafe act / unsafe condition, Near Miss and Incident report to the department supervisor or to the safety manager.
  • Follow Plant safety standards.
  • Keep operation area clean and organized.
  • Keep Working Station and Office clean and organized.
