Fully responsible to drive VL Primary and Secondary sales, across different Retail Environments and regions of Saudi Arabia
Thorough understanding of Personal Care portfolio such as Body Cleansing category, Trade & Shopper trends, Category trends and volume / value dynamics
Work closely with Distributor team to ensure effective implementation of Strategy in trade. Ensure complete listing of company portfolio across top HSM with objective to achieve 80% Weighted Distribution. Engage with distributor sales force to drive volumes in Wholesale market
Effectively implement the Go To Market plans for New launches and implement Annual Sales calendar across kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Work closely with distributor trade marketing team & Dubai team to effectively implement Shopper Marketing campaigns across the country
Complete ownership of Annual Trade investment with close monitoring of monthly spends via monthly spending process
Closely track competitive environment making effective recommendations on improvement areas. Ensure implementation of Sales Price Increases (SPIs) duly following the right legal and regulatory framework
Propose and implement Process and templates to track business performance. Work closely with distributor MIS team to ensure data transparency and knowledge management
Aggressively travels across country including B class towns in Saudi to ensure implementation on ground. Travel to Dubai as needed. Open to travel to India for Annual Business Planning meetings
Job Authority:
This position will be Head of Saudi Sales operation, fully Authorized (in consolation with Sales Head MENA) to drive key KPI for VitaLife.
Includes, working with distributor on meeting secondary sales, manage distributor inventory, oversee VL - Distributor financial (Debit / Credit Notes) arising in Saudi Arabia.
Work closely with key customer from both HSM and Wholesale RE to establish own brands, align on specific trade investment plans (including Listing, Displays fees, Rebates etc.)
