Job Description

Job PurposeTo fill staff vacancies by evaluating candidates and building networks of potential hires, assessing candidate resumes and credentials.Responsibilities

  1. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  2. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  3. Responsible for reviewing resumes to identify qualified applicants?
  4. Correspond with candidates and newly hired employees via email and phone to insure proper submission of documents
  5. Responsible for sending and receiving employment documents
  6. Schedule initial calls, tech screens, with candidates ensuring an overall great candidate experience
  7. Gather feedback from interviewers, and perform other tasks to steadily drive the recruiting process
  8. Manage logistics of the recruiting process, including travel arrangements, expense reimbursement and offer letters
  9. Coordinate and execute recruiting events and occasional office events
  10. Assist Human Resources with administrative tasks as well as creating and implementing new processes to improve company and employee standards.
  11. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  12. Responsible for maintaining the database of applicant tracking system.
  13. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  14. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  15. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  16. Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
  17. Assist in team-wide initiatives including process improvement and accountability
