Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Ensure the implementation of performance management plans to meet employee requirements at DP World Jeddah in line with DP World HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs and monitor progress to ensure effectiveness of the programs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Manage and continuously improve the performance management system and ensure following-up with managers during the different phases of the performance management process in order to ensure consistency of systems? application and calibration across the organization.
  • Work in liaison with key departments and departmental heads to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives, people?s objectives and day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting, reviews, and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and organizational ?performance.
  • Coordinate with Managers for effective implementation of Performance Management System and Training and Developmental Program for employees
  • Coordinate trainings for employees on performance management cycle.
  • Support in the implementation and continuous improvement of the succession management framework that structures the flow of high potential employees into managerial and leadership roles through structured career moves and capability building.
  • Coordinate the PRP sessions to identify the organization?s employee potential talent pool, knowledge, skills and competencies and develop them through development planning.
  • Coordinate with the learning and development employee the appropriate training plans and schedules for all employees.
  • Support the Grow program implementation and follow up on the performance and progress of grow employees
  • Review and suggests improvement on the grow program in coordination with department heads.
  • Participate in induction training of employees and structure the program
  • Responsible to maintain safety and discipline in the work area
  • Monitor the Online updated status of Performance Development Plan
  • Manage the performance management and employees? evaluation across the organization
  • Ensure that new recruits are properly trained in their respective fields
  • Ensure compliance with Fatal Risk Standards
  • Ensure compliance with Safe Work Practices
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policy
