Job Description

Primary Objectives:Develop and sustain the people and organization function by performing all the required tasks and projects linked with the role that will drive the help in sustaining and attracting top talents, In addition to Develop the employee-oriented company culture, that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and growth for a high level of performance.Ensure the timely recruitment of the required talent by develop recruiting programs and talent scouting.Accountabilities:

  • Administrating and controlling Employees data in the P & O system and maintain the quality of the data record.
  • Direct the recruitment agencies in identifying high quality applicants for positions in BCR, develop advertisements, take part in first interviews, test candidates & ensure smooth administration of recruitment to ensure BCR recruits high quality employees.
  • Follow the recruitment policies and process in terms of test, application and system required to help identifying and selecting best talent.
  • Carryout negotiation with recruitment agencies in terms of agreement and type of people we should have in the organization for a quality on board employees.
  • Cooperate with T&D in designing & delivering short training on introducing the organization (Induction) for all newcomers with the help and support of BUM to orient each employee into BCR.
  • Communicates with Universities & colleges to discuss future BCR hiring needs by visiting the institutions, delivering presentations & corresponding by Email to ensure BCR has a pipeline for future recruitment needs.
  • Conduct the needed career fares in local universities and international ones to source the best Saudi fresh graduate to help grow the organization thru the future leader program.
  • Carryout the design of the manpower analysis and need for all position at the end of every year for a proper budgeting and manpower planning.
  • Communicates job availability in BCR & Saudization issues with the labor law office by visiting the offices & corresponding on a regular basis to ensure BCR stays with the laws regarding employment & Saudization.
  • Manage BCR career portal and control applicant data.
  • Conduct Internal Referrals through Internal Advertisement and this is the best source of recruitment.
  • Reports to produce to the management and the alignment with different departments about their needs,?Align and report to Finance about the timed recruitment plans and their updates at budget time and monthly forecasts.
  • Coordinates P&O systems in conjunction with the user areas and information systems.
  • Ensures the accuracy and integrity of all data input into the system.
  • Coordinate daily with Expeditor on issues such as (Visas, Iqamas, GOSI, travel letters, etc.).
  • Monitoring/reporting staff attendance, vacation, and absenteeism. Liaise with the Finance department in that matter.
  • Processing and Handling Employees leaves system and travel assistance.
  • Handling contractor record and updating their record in the system.
  • Participate in all activities in Administration/P &O departments and covering the other WP team absence.
Administration:
  • Supervise company vehicles registration with government relation team
  • Follow up for contracted employees thru 3rd parties
  • coordinate new Medical Insurance & related transactions to it
  • Assurance of Preparation of documents/ticket/hotels for BCR new joiners or work-related visitors? countries.
  • Finalization of monthly attendance summary for salary preparation.
