Job Description

  • Participating in Recruit, screen, interview, hire and terminate employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Preparing new employee files.
  • Orienting new employees to the organization and liaise with other department (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.).
  • Maintain insurance for all employees (addition, deletion and upgrading) as per company policy.
  • Administering new employment assessments.
  • Serving as a point person for all employee?s questions.
  • Maintains employee?s data in HR system.
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain and ensure to update all employee?s file electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.
  • Preparing various reports for Management.
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Processing incoming mail of HR & ADMIN.
  • Setting appointments and arranging events and meetings as per company policy.
????????Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.????????Serving as a strategic partner to management by integrating HR strategies into the organizations overall mission and operational strategy.????????Provide general administrative and clerical support.????????Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for all government and licenses.??????????Run company errands to post office and office supply store.????????Maintain office supplies for department and keeping inventory of all items and placing orders for replenishment is needed.????????Drafting Arabic / English letters, memos and circulars.????????Performs various other administrative functions as required by HR & ADMIN manager.????????Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
