Provide high-quality and consistent human resources advice and end-to-end HR transactional services to the company employees in line with policy and service agreements.
Deliver effective HR transactional services including the management of employee data and files both in HRIS and hard copies, letter requests, and ensuring the HRIS system remains up to date.
Provide administration support to People colleagues in KSA, and liaison with various government, statutory authorities.
Maintain Saudization percentage & classification in coordination with all members of the People?s Department.?
Process Visa?s, work permits, renewal of work permits, transfer of sponsorships on a timely matter to avoid any legal actions from the Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development, Muqeem Portal, and Qiwa.
Ensure all documentation is prepared for new visas/visa renewals, Saudi ID cards, and medical process and coordinate appointments with employees and logged.
Provide Payroll with the necessary updates of employee registration, deletion, invoices, bills from the General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI) on a monthly basis.
Ensuring all governmental websites are up to date to avoid any penalties in accordance to Saudi labor law
Representing the People Team in induction to ensure all documentation is correctly completed and processed.
Adherence to standard HR operating procedures and SLAs, ensuring high quality and consistent service delivery.
Build and maintain collaborative and professional partnerships with HR colleagues, managers, and other key stakeholders across the company.
Utilize technology to improve service delivery and overall customer service ensuring feedback/employee satisfaction is measured and monitored.
Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Ensure any company assets are appropriately logged (HRIS and hard copies) and managed and support the IT team with any queries.
Provide reports and statistics as required on various HR metrics.
Manage any hotel and travel arrangements on behalf of colleagues and on-boarding.
?Ensure all visa and passport information is scanned and logged on to the People Management Information System.
Ensure employees traveling on business to and from the KSA has the appropriate documentation for their travel destination
To support the team with medical insurance data and to ensure all employees receive their medical insurance card upon policy change or when they start
To maintain the People team holiday requests
To ensure all messages are passed to the appropriate party
