Performs all mechanical checks including but not limited to siren, brakes, fuel, engine oils, and warning lights are working before starting the shift.
Reports any faults or mechanical issues immediately to immediate supervisor.
Works in collaboration with Paramedics and EMS Team.
Ensuring all good functionality of safety equipment of the vehicle.
Ensuring ambulance cleanliness in and out as well as ambulance presentability
Ensuring all necessary mechanical tools are available including but not limited to spare tires, safety triangle, car jack, wrench, and jump starter.
Assists EMS Team to load/unload patient as required.
Reports any ambulance accidents or other emergencies relating to the ambulance to EMS Team or authorities when necessary.
