At the Karlskrona site we have our main headquarters for Mobile Financial Services in which we develop one of the worlds largest financial tech products. In West Africa we are building Mobile Financial Services competence center to serve our customer across the region.The Ericsson Wallet Platform is a product which enables our customers to provide mobile financial services. Customers are operators and banks, both of whom have very high expectations on the level of security which this financial solution provides and the way the solution is operated, integrated, and customized.Together we work on a product that improves the lives of millions of daily users in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. We build our financial platform to help bring financial freedom to many people around the world.The profile we are looking for will have a strong background in data management, analytics and reports building. There will be two-part of Quality assurance management in MFS service delivery. (1) Define, create, automate, and maintain key operational and statistical data (standard and customized). Develop new processes to increase task effectiveness and to consolidate in scope customers as part of Quality assurance plans. (2) Support Line managers to Develop, maintain, implement, and follow up optimal services resource plans. The Services Resource Management also contributes to capability management in order to secure delivery readiness and delivery executionYou will be reporting to Head of MFS ADM Delivery and Quality assurance.You will bring

  • Lead projects/Programs either as a project/program manager or technical coordinator. Improve analytics WoW and leadership
  • Develop processes and methodologies for envisioning analytics as a practice
  • Present large amounts of information in ways that are universally understandable or easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends and correlations
  • Transform, improve and integrate, data, depending on the business requirements
  • Generate and maintain control documentation of quality assurance procedures
  • Explore the data in tandem with Service delivery owners to find probable features and further needs of inputs
  • Work jointly with domain experts to build Solution, Integration, ADM and Managed Services quality assurance plans
  • Monitor and manage incoming requests. Handle and follow-up resource requests
  • Continuous evaluation of the Allocation Matrix quality and take action whenever it needs to be updated
  • Advice resource owners and CPMs on allocation issues
  • Measure, improve and report process performance, based on approved key performance indicators
  • Continuously monitor and review resource competence situation for Service Delivery
  • Receive and consolidate unit bottom-up demand from CU Ops along with reflection in resource planning tools
  • Understand business requirements and you will define analytics environment.
  • Create documentation for business requirement and analytics implementation
Key Qualifications & Competence
  • Acumen for business flow understanding and expertise in data preparation and pre-processing.
  • Experience in Service Delivery and reporting 5 + years
  • FinTech knowledge would be a plus
  • Excel/Access knowledge, including VBA programming (to manage / develop custom reports)
  • SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS knowledge and experience
  • Tableau, Power-BI or any other visualization tool
  • New wave programming for machine learning - like Python would be considered a plus
  • Business Objects knowledge (to manage / develop reports in BO)
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in IT environment or BSS.
  • Result oriented with customer first attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and French
  • Self-motivated with strong drive and initiative, collaborative, relating and networking
  • Outgoing personality that finds it easy to cooperate and establish relationships across organizational boundaries and in a global environment
  • University degree in Technology.
