Job Responsibilities

  • You will be required to work with multiple stakeholders from across Lines Of Businesses (LOBs) and own the data collation, analysis and presentation to the reviewer (India / Global). Maintain a harmonious relationship with stakeholders, effectively syndicating on LOB-wide initiatives, creating synergies through sharing best practices and influencing them to arrive at the right decisions.
  • Ensure that demand and supply of LOB resources i.e. headcount, assets, seat utilization etc. are reconciled at timely intervals to achieve optimum utilization parameters. Document, communicate exceptions and escalate to relevant issue owner for remediation. Follow up through closure. Track team deliverables against timelines and escalate potential misses.
  • Critical LOB Support: must be self-motivated to assist LOB managers facilitate offsites, events, meetings, leadership visits and strategic LOB communications. Be a critical support resource for preparing and consolidating crisp and effective management decks for reviews.
  • Documentation for Posterity: maintain a central repository of LOB projects and initiatives, solicit updates from program managers, ensure ?review readiness? and present it to management with findings and next steps.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • MBA or an advanced degree (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years Reference Data Operations experience with a top-tier Bank / BPO, including 4+ years in interacting with senior management
  • Strategic thinking and good business judgment, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with business partners and other support functions. Experience working with senior leaders straddling across Technology, Operations and Strategy a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver on commitments
  • Must be a great team player with a high degree of flexibility, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, should be comfortable dealing with senior management. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
  • Structured and Disciplined in approach, with strong execution focus and strong organization skills
  • Ability to successfully influence many different groups to deliver high quality and timely deliverables, ability to work independently in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
