The Cashier is accountable for the physical processing of cash transactions and the integrity of physical cash balances in the Kuwait delegation, strictly respecting and applying the ICRCs rules on financial management.?Responsibilities include:?????????Handles the delegations cash disbursements and payments, including salaries and working advances?????????Payment of approved working advances according to the Financial Rules?????????Settlement of working advances before final approval?????????Delivers salary advances for staff using the proper form duly filled and singed?????????Payment of approved invoices ? cash or cheque?????????Carries out daily cash count and reconciliations?????????Prepares bank transfers (correspondences)?????????Performs various office work such as drafting standard correspondence in Arabic and English; prepare MS Excel tables, filing, photocopy, scan, update & distribution of lists/documents
