Supervising the operation of production lines or stations according to the established policy and procedures.Ensuring the optimal operation of production during the shift and achieving the required production rates at the specified time for the supply with the required quality and without prejudice to occupational health and safety standards.Important Duties;-Full compliance with all occupational and environmental health and safety instructions, and their implementation within his team.-Commitment to wearing work uniforms and occupational safety and health tools necessary for the nature of work, and to follow up on his team.-Conducting analysis of business risks within the boundaries of his team, and taking the necessary measures to control them.-Follow up the attendance and departure of all his work teams.-Trains and manages workers on production lines.-Establishes performance reports for employees within his work teams.-Coordinate with the concerned departments the production plan, and the quantities required.-Responsible for achieving the production goals of the shift.-Responsible for implementing quality standards and controlling operations during shift to reach the target product.-Ensures a clean and safe workplace.-Follow-up of waste or sharing, and ensure that it does not deviate from the standard limits.-Follows the progress of the documentary cycle for work orders, starting from the manufacturing request and until the production supervisor leaves the finished product.-Submit the necessary reports on production rates, downtime, breakdowns and necessary maintenance.-Communicate with other concerned departments to achieve the goals of his team (stores - quality - maintenance - deliveries ... etc.)-Leading continuous improvement projects and activating them within his team.
