-Responsible for the all Recruitment Cycle.-Conduct On-boarding program for the new hires.-Collect training needs from the entire departments of the company.-Contact training providers to gather training technical and financial proposals to prepare the annual training plan.-Implement the approved internal / external training plans in coordination with the concerned parties inside / outside the company.-Compare the training proposals and recommend the appropriate ones.-Finalize the procedures of all training programs? expenditures in coordination with the financial department.-Evaluate all training programs conducted and analyze the participants? assessments to measure the return of these trainings.-Create and Update s.-Update the Organization Structure.
