Develop and implement Talent Acquisition selection programs plan, policies, and procedures using updated hiring modules to ensure vacancies are filled in good time and with high-quality candidates.
Identify future opportunities for a potential source of hiring through internships, educational institutions, employment agencies, and other sources of applicants to ensure achieving the hiring plan for the company.
Manage/maintain contracts and future relationships between Company and external suppliers through creating statistical reports to ensure the quality, efficiency, and accurate payments for recruitment agencies and all suppliers.
Conduct post-campaign reviews to assess success and learning points and put in place mechanisms to apply this learning to future campaigns.
Create and update the recruitment process through continuous reviewing and improving on recruitment activities to create a highly effective recruitment function.
Create department-related reports on a Periodical basis through tracking, measuring, and monitoring department performance to provide performance tracking and take a decision on improvement opportunities.
Coach, develop, monitor, and follow up on team members? performance to improve productivity and skills to ensure people development and high performance
